We use information to respond to enquiries, assess applications, manage enrolment and classes, maintain attendance, publish authorised academic updates, manage fees, support guardians and protect institute accounts. We use the minimum information necessary for each purpose.
Children and guardian access
Parent accounts only display the children for whom an authorised institute relationship has been confirmed. Student information must not be shared publicly without the necessary parent or guardian permission and institute verification.
Service providers
Where enabled, trusted technical providers may process limited information for OTP delivery, notifications, payment processing, hosting or maps. Their use is governed by the service and its own applicable privacy arrangements. We do not sell personal information.
Security and retention
We apply access controls and protective measures to student and parent records. Information is retained as necessary for education administration, applicable recordkeeping obligations, dispute handling and legitimate operational needs. It is deleted or anonymised when no longer required, subject to applicable law.
