Student Safety & Child Protection

Our approach to respectful learning, safeguarding and student privacy.

Updated 30 Oct 2026

Respectful learning environment

Students must be treated with dignity, fairness and respect. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, intimidation and inappropriate sharing of student information are not acceptable.

Guardian communication

The institute uses verified guardian relationships to share attendance, academic records and official updates through the parent portal. Guardians should report incorrect associations or unexpected access immediately.

Student images and achievements

Photographs, testimonials and examination results must not be made public without the required permissions and verification. Staff should avoid exposing sensitive student documents to unauthorised persons.

Reporting a concern

A parent, student or staff member may report a safety concern through the institute's contact channels. Urgent physical safety threats should be reported to the appropriate emergency services without delay.

Review and support

Reports should be assessed sensitively by authorised staff, with appropriate documentation and escalation under applicable law and institute procedures. Personal details are shared only with people who need them to respond.
