Requesting account deletion
To request closure of a parent account, contact the institute using the Contact Us page from your registered mobile number or email where possible. State that you wish to close your parent portal account.
Verification
For student safety, we must confirm that the requester is authorised to manage the parent account or linked student records before disabling access or changing personal details.
What happens next
Once verified, the institute reviews the request, disables or closes access as appropriate and explains which personal information can be deleted. Information needed for fee records, academic history, legal obligations, safety or dispute resolution may need to be retained for the necessary period.
Deleting only some information
You may ask us to correct inaccurate information or remove a particular optional item without closing the account. Requests involving minors may require verification of the relevant guardian relationship.
